On March 28, 2004, the Child Performer Education and Trust Act of 2003 is scheduled to go into effect. It contains new requirements regarding:
Obtaining Employer Certificates and Child Performer Permits;
Establishing Trust Accounts for Child Performers and Placing a Portion of their earnings into them; and
Maintaining Satisfactory Aademic Performance of Child Performers.
